August suites or April Suites Hotel?

I am planning another trip to Pattaya and on a tighter budget this time, I am looking at both August suites and April suites online and both look very reasonable and well maintained. 

Has anyone stayed at August suites or April Suites and have anything good or bad to say about them ?
