Is there a Super Rich money changers in Pattaya? The Orange or Green ones I used in Bangkok always used to give me the best rates, but I am planning to skip Bangkok on this upcoming trip to Pattaya. Does anyone know of a Super Rich in Pattaya or a money changer that gives the same or better rate?
