I know this is not supposed to be possible yet every other foreigner seems to be buying houses with land. So what is the right way and legal way to do this? Is setting up a Thai company to own the house / land the only solution? Can the Thai company own the land but I own the house on it? How can I be best protected of my ownership of the house and land? As you can imagine I have many questions to ask my lawyer and curious about what people on here who possibly have experience can tell me about it?
