Hidden gem hotels or places to stay in Pattaya?

In Phuket I usually stay at what I call a couple of hidden gem hotels that are not very well known,  and very little information about them online.

Would anyone be willing to share some hidden gem hotels in Pattaya or nice quite boutique places to stay?

I like places that are very relaxed, safe and quiet and good value for money.

Take a look at the Chateau Dale, a charming hotel is located in a quiet residential area just a short walk from the beach. It has a pool, a spa, and a restaurant on the grounds that are like tropical gardens.
