Pattaya cost of living for foreigner retirees?

I have been to Pattaya for short trips for 2 weeks or less. But now I consider to retire in Pattaya and living on my pension which should be around 90,000 bhat per month. Will this be enough for a comfortable living and lifestyle in Pattaya?

I am happy with a modest lifestyle and like to be comfortable and not expecting to live a life of luxury.
